Dr. Mari Kay Evans-Smith
Dr. Mari Kay Evans-Smith has been a pediatrician for more than 30 years in Portland, Oregon at Pediatric Associates of the NW. She has participated in more than 20 international medical trips. She is the leader and founder of Friends International Medical Teams. She has been a Quaker most of her life and currently attends Camas Friends Church.
Sara Stansell
Sara Stansell is an ophthalmic technician. She is a board member of Friends International Medical Teams and serves as the clinic manager. She has participated in over 12 medical team trips. She is the child of Friends Missionaries and spent a great part of her childhood in Bolivia.
Vicki Stave
Vicki Stave is a retired dietitian. She is a board member of Friends International Medical Teams and has participated in more than 10 Friends International Medical Teams trips. She attends Eugene Friends Church.
Dr. Pilar Buerk
Dr. Pilar Buerk is a pediatrician at Pediatric Associates of the NW. She is a board member of Friends International Medical Teams and serves as the assistant leader for the team. She has participated in over 10 medical team trips. She attended a Quaker meeting as a child.
